New Building for Embassy’s Cultural Services

The Ambassador of India to France, Mr. Ranjan Mathai on behalf of the Government of India and Mr. Jean-Pierre Conrie, Regional Director of Public Finance of Ile-De-France and Department of Paris in the Ministry of Budget and Finance, on behalf of the Republic of France signed on March 30, 2011 the agreement for acquisition of the property at 3 Avenue du Lowendal, Paris 75007. This building will house the Cultural Wing of the Embassy and enable it to expand its cultural services in France. It thus marks an important milestone in bilateral cultural relations. Ms Jasmine Zernini, Sous Director Asie-Oceanie represented the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Dominique de Roquefeuil, Chef du Service France Domaine represented France Domaine, Paris at the signing ceremony in the Embassy.
