INDIA PHARMA 2017 - 2nd International Exhibition & Conference on Pharmaceutical Industry and INDIA MEDICAL DEVICE 2017 - 2nd International Exhibition & Conference on Medical Devices Industry, Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru, Karnataka, January 9-11, 2017.

The Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, in association with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) is organizing the INDIA PHARMA 2017-2nd International Exhibition & Conference on Pharmaceutical Industry and INDIA MEDICAL DEVICE 2017-2nd International Exhibition & Conference on Medical Devices Industry at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru, Karnataka from January 9-11, 2017.  Both the events consist of an International Exhibition and a Conference along with a series of concurrent events, such as CEOs Forum, Investor Meets, International Drugs Regulatory Meet, Buyer- Seller Meet, etc.

The first edition of these events was concluded successfully on 9th January, 2016, which was well attended by exhibitors from Pharmaceutical sector and Medical Devices sector including international buyers and others. The Reverse Buyer Seller Meet organized by Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) & Pharmexcil with the support of Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry was much appreciated by the participants.

         The prime objective of organizing these events is to project India as an attractive investment destination for Pharma and Medical Devices sectors and to bring foreign investment to new areas of these sectors such as Research & Development, Clinical Trials by promoting Joint Ventures with the Indian Manufacturers and bringing in best practices in the sector from around the world.

        These events will have participation by companies from Pharma Formulation and Bulk Drugs, Machinery and Technology segments of the Pharmaceutical Industry which will showcase the strength and capabilities of these sectors. The two trade fairs will also provide ample opportunities to the participating companies from the Pharmaceutical Sector to explore new business avenues. These events will provide a platform to the global investment community to connect with stakeholders in the Pharma sector in India, Central and State Governments, leading business leaders and top executives from the industry, academics and experts from around the world.
