a) Location: The Embassy of India’s Consular Wing is located at:

b) Timings: The Embassy of India provides consular services on all working days from Monday to Friday as per the following schedule:
(i) Acceptance of documents : 09.30 to 12.00 hrs
(i) Disbursal of documents : 16.00 to 17.00 hrs.
Note: Time taken for rendering different services may be seen under each category.
c) Visa Services:
With effect from 1st February 2008, all visa applications except from persons holding diplomatic / official / UN passports are being accepted only through VFS Services (UK) Ltd. The location of VFS offices in Paris and other cities and their hours of work is mentioned separately.
Applications from persons holding diplomatic / official / UN passports are accepted at the Consular Wing between 0930 hrs and 1200 hrs. Monday to Friday.

d) Passports, Birth Certificates, Attestations etc.:
For Apostile and Attestation of Documents, please click here.Applications are accepted at the Consular Wing on all working days between 0930 hrs and 1200 hrs.Certificates, attested documents may normally be collected back on the same day between 1600-1700 hrs.
e) OCI/PIO Cards:
OCI/PIO Card applications are accepted on all working days from 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs at the Consular Wing.
f) Payment of Passport / Consular fees etc.
Payment for passport and consular services can be made either:
(a) In cash at the designated counter of the Consular Wing
or
by certified cheque if application is sent by post.
N.B:-
Please do not send personal cheques with the applications.
For all postal applications, a self-addressed envelope (duly stamped for registered post) should also be enclosed for return of the document(s) after service.
g) Enquiries:-
The Embassy addresses enquiries regarding passport and consular services on all working days from 0930 hrs. till 1700 hrs (except during 1300 – 1330 hrs.) through telephone No. 01 40 50 71 71 or through e-mail: cons.paris@gmail.com
